Most posts will stay short. I want them to be easy to read and useful without needing too much context.
That means shipping notes, lessons learned, ideas that changed, and small behind-the-scenes decisions.
What matters most
The point is not to sound polished. The point is to show the real thinking behind the work.
If a post helps someone move faster or think more clearly, it did its job.
